I have a lot of characters I really like in video games, and I tend to have a really hard time picking favorites. However, as I thought about it some more, my mind finally settled on one in particular. It's this little guy right here. Or, alternatively, just see my current icon. He is, for those of you who don't know, Larsa Solidor from Final Fantasy XII.
At first, I thought he was a girl. Once that assumption was dispelled a few minutes after his introduction, I thought he was just a very short teenage guy, only to find out later he was little but a twelve-year-old boy. No, he doesn't really act like it. He's a lot more mature than the actual teenage characters in the game in fact. As for why I like him—I think it's because of his personality. He's just a really cute kid. He has a very kind, noble nature, and he's not naive, per se, but he still believes in the best in people. He's very idealistic and nonjudgmental, and treats everyone equally. ...Which is saying something, considering he has to deal with Ashe on a continual basis, not to mention Vaan, who's a complete and utter moron. I also admired his steadfastness, and his willingness to go down the path he thought was best, even though it meant going against his older brother whom he sincerely admired.
Tl;dr: Larsa is awesome, and had Vayne succeeded in dominating Dalmasca and bringing it under Arcadian rule, I believe Larsa would have made a better ruler over it than Ashe.
